Before You Play

This page provides shared guidance for guests preparing to play with Golf in Japan. Your booking confirmation contains a private link for your group’s booking and transport arrangements.

Pickup & transport

Pickup arrangements are confirmed separately for each booking. If transport has been arranged for your group, the final meeting point, collection time and instructions will appear on your private booking and transport arrangements page once the Golf in Japan team has confirmed them.

Please do not rely on this public page for a booking-specific pickup time or location. Contact the Golf in Japan team promptly if your flight, hotel, luggage or group size changes.

Before you leave

Please keep your booking reference available and check the course date, tee time, player details and equipment selections in your confirmation email. Allow enough time for registration and preparation before your tee time.

At the course

Your coordinator will advise you of any course-specific arrangements. Bring any equipment confirmed with the Golf in Japan team and follow the club’s arrival and etiquette guidance.
